Western Route (11:30AM - 3:30PM)
On this ride you will be able to explore Richmond’s western breweries, many of which have beautiful, country scenery. We offer two pickup locations for this route - you may choose between our Scott's Addition parking lot or the Gaskins Road Park & Ride.
The group will ride together to begin the day with Fine Creek Brewing for the first destination.
Afterwards, Hardywood Park Craft Brewery - West Creek, Kindred Spirit Brewing or Midnight Brewery are your last options.
At the end of the day, you'll have the option to return to your pickup location or keep the party going at one of the following locations: The Circuit Arcade Bar, River City Roll, Bingo Beer Co., Slingshot Social Game Club or Tang & Biscuit.
- 11:30AM pickup location: Scott's Addition - 3207 Norfolk Street, Richmond, VA 23230 (entrance of parking lot is on Moore Street, diagonal from ZZQ - $5 to park - or consider Uber/Lyft as a safe ride home)
- 11:45AM pickup location: Gaskins Road Park & Ride (Commuter Drive, Glen Allen, VA 23060)
- 3:15PM dropoff location: Gaskins Road Park & Ride (Commuter Drive, Glen Allen, VA 23060)
- 3:30PM dropoff location: Scott's Addition - 3207 Norfolk Street, Richmond, VA 23230
First and most importantly come ready to have a fun day!
Make sure you have:
- Valid ID
- Cash/credit card to buy beverages at each stop
Some other things you may want to bring:
- Extra cash for gratuities and merchandise
- Dress appropriately and comfortably (dress for the weather if you would like to drink outdoors)
A festive, roundtrip ride for you and your brew crew! We will have water on the bus if you get thirsty for something other than beer.
Food, tastings, alcohol, driver gratuities.
Meeting location and time: Passengers arrive in parking lot 3207 Norfolk Street, Richmond, VA 23230 (entrance of parking lot is on Moore Street, diagonal from ZZQ - $5 to park or you can find street parking) at 11:15am or Gaskins Road Park & Ride (Commuter Drive, Glen Allen, VA 23060) at 11:30am. The bus will leave Scott's Addition by 11:30am and will leave Gaskins Road Park & Ride by 11:45am.
Tour duration: 3.5 - 4 hours; depending on pickup location (2 destinations)
Time at each destination: 1 hour
Transportation Included:
Round trip transportation to all destinations.
Tipping the Driver:
While not required, if you enjoyed your ride with us, please consider tipping your driver.
Weather Policy:
Activity takes place rain or shine. If there is severe/inclement weather that makes traveling dangerous, we will be in contact with you ASAP.
Age Restrictions:
All tour participants must be ages 21 and up with valid ID.
Participants:
We offer public and private rides. If you are on a public tour, you will accompany up to 13 other participants depending on your own party size. The bus runs on an hour loop and will not wait for participants past the scheduled departure time.
Outside food:
Although food is not included there are usually food trucks at some breweries. We will allow you to bring your own food to enjoy while you are off of the bus - eating food on the bus is NOT permitted.
Minimum Amount of Participants:
We require at least 7 total tour participants to operate.
Outside Alcohol:
We will allow you to bring your own alcohol, however, we reserve the right to end your trip if you are unruly. Glass containers are NOT permitted.
Cleaning Fees:
Any bodily fluids will incur an automatic $200 cleaning fee.
Please consider purchasing the booking insurance during the checkout process. If you do not purchase the booking insurance, all sales are considered final unless you cancel at least 10 days prior to your ride. All customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel.
