December 2024 Private Tacky Light Tours
Celebrate one of Richmond's favorite traditions with a private tacky light tour for you and your #brewcrew (up to 14 passengers)! We are offering these tours 7 days a week with options ranging from 3 - 5 hours so you have the flexibility to pick which best suits you and your group. We will work with you to customize your trip to include snack/brewery/bar/bathroom break(s) and will have a route mapped out so all you have to do is show up and take in the views of thousands of twinkling lights and stunning holiday displays! #lolabus will pickup/dropoff at the location of your choice so pack your coolers with your favorite beverages and come ready to get festive!
Important information:
- When checking out, input 1 Adult to save time on filling out contact information for every passenger; you will receive the same price as if you enter 14 Adults - this is because private tour pricing is calculated on an hourly basis as opposed to per person
- Start times for tacky light tours can begin anytime after 6:00pm - you will be prompted to input your start time option during the checkout process
- Pricing for weekday private tacky light tours is $130/hour
- Pricing for weekend private tacky light tours is $145/hour
- Please keep in mind that the size of your party may have an impact on certain locations and may require us to have a predetermined route and snack/brewery/bar/bathroom break(s)
- If you're pickup/dropoff location is more than 10 miles from 3207 Norfolk Street, Richmond, VA 23230 you will be billed for an additional $50 for our travel time
- Due to insurance reasons, no children under the age of 10 years old are allowed - we apologize for the inconvenience

- Valid ID
- Cash/credit card to buy beverages/food if you choose to stop somewhere
Some other things you may want to bring:
- Extra cash for gratuities and merchandise
- Dress appropriately and comfortably

Food, tastings, alcohol, driver gratuities.
Meeting location and time: #lolabus will pickup/dropoff at the location of your choice with a pickup time of 6:00pm or after
Tour duration: 3-5 hours depending on which option you choose.
Transportation Included:
Round trip transportation to all destinations.
Tipping the Driver:
While not required, if you enjoyed your ride with us, please consider tipping your driver.
Weather Policy:
Activity takes place rain or shine. If there is severe/inclement weather that makes traveling dangerous, we will be in contact with you ASAP.
Outside food:
Feel free to bring some snacks to enjoy while aboard the bus
Outside Alcohol:
We will allow you to bring your own alcohol, however, we reserve the right to end your trip if you are unruly. Glass containers are NOT permitted.
Cleaning Fees:
Any bodily fluids will incur an automatic $200 cleaning fee.
All sales are considered final. If you need to cancel, we will do our best to reschedule you for a different date but we cannot guarantee it will be the same day of the week. All customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
